Director/Owner Information:

Miss Michelle started the Center in 2002. She graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelors Degree in Education and worked as a PreK teacher before starting the Center. Michelle has over 20 years experience working in child care and was also a manager at Sylvan Learning Center for several years. She has a daughter and a son, and her husband Troy is a co-owner as well as the maintenance manager of the Center. Michelle takes her job very seriously and considers each child to be part of her family!

Assistant Director Information:

Miss Rae joined our caregiver team in March 2009. After teaching the four-year-old class for @6 years she was promoted to Assistant Director in 2014. Rae is the mother of two girls, and has a granddaughter and grandson. She has @20+ years of experience teaching early education, and has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Penn Foster. She is an excellent communicator and is very knowledgeable in the PA State Regulations for Child Care Centers. We are grateful for Rae's experience with children and her knowledge of the state's regulations. She is a wonderful asset to our caregiver team!
